Studimball ("we", "our", or "us") provides a stadium and tournament reference app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you when you use the Studimball mobile app and website.

Information We Collect

Information you provide:

• Account information, such as username and email address, if you choose to create an account.
• User content you submit, such as reviews, favorites, check-ins, reports, or feedback.

Information processed automatically:

• Basic technical data sent with API requests, such as IP address, device type, operating system, request time, and app version.
• Search and browsing actions needed to return stadium, city, timeline, and app configuration content.
• Local preferences stored on your device, such as language selection and app state.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, microphone data, camera data, health data, or advertising identifiers. We do not use third-party advertising SDKs or tracking SDKs.

How We Use Information

• To provide stadium profiles, host city guides, tournament history, and related app features.
• To create and secure user accounts when account features are used.
• To prevent abuse, protect the service, troubleshoot issues, and maintain reliable API access.
• To respond to support, privacy, data correction, or deletion requests.

Sharing and Advertising

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third-party ad networks or data brokers. The app may show first-party promotional content that links to Studimball pages, but it does not use IDFA tracking, tracking pixels, or third-party ad SDKs.

Data Storage and Security

• Network traffic uses HTTPS.
• Passwords, when used, are stored as salted hashes and not as plain text.
• Authentication tokens are used to keep signed-in features working.
• Access to production systems is limited to operational needs.

Account Deletion and Data Rights

If you create an account, you can request deletion from within the app from the Profile area where account controls are available, or by emailing support@studimball.pro. Account deletion removes account information and associated personal content from active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required for security, legal, or backup integrity reasons. Backup copies are removed through the normal backup rotation cycle within 90 days.

You may also contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information.

Children

Studimball is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

International Use

Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country or region. We use the information only for the purposes described in this policy.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new updated date.
