Independent Reference App
Studimball is an independent informational and reference app. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to FIFA, any football governing body, tournament organizer, stadium owner, stadium operator, club, league, or tourism authority. Stadium names, event names, team names, and related marks belong to their respective owners and are used only for descriptive reference purposes.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Studimball mobile app, website, API-backed content, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Service Description
Studimball provides stadium profiles, host city guides, tournament history, travel-oriented reference information, gallery content, and optional community features. Content is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only.
Accounts and User Content
- You may use many parts of the Service without an account.
- If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate account information and may not impersonate others.
- You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, moderate, and operate that content within the Service.
- You must not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, spam, or harmful content.
Acceptable Use
- Do not scrape, crawl, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service.
- Do not use the Service to violate law, rights of others, or platform policies.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or non-public APIs.
- Do not use automated requests except where we expressly authorize them.
Accuracy and Availability
We work to keep information useful and current, but stadium capacity, schedules, access routes, travel rules, ticket availability, and venue policies can change. You should verify important travel, event, security, and ticket information with official sources before making plans. The Service may change, pause, or become unavailable without notice.
Intellectual Property
The Studimball app, website, design, copy, generated illustrations, code, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the Service under these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or used the Service in a harmful way. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studimball will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses related to reliance on stadium, travel, event, or community information.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
